What necklace lengths should I choose for a successful layered look?
Step 1: Choose a choker, approximately 38-40cm in length.
Step 2: Choose a necklace with a "classic" length of approximately 45cm. This is the essential piece for layering because it pairs easily with shorter and longer versions and is also a very comfortable length for everyday wear.
Step 3: Choose a longer necklace of approximately 50-60cm or a sautoir of 70-80cm.
(Note: Carefully measure your neck circumference before selecting the different lengths. Example: If your neck circumference is 40cm, begin your stacking with a length of 45cm for step 1)
For a trendy layered look, we recommend mixing materials : simple or link chains, freshwater pearls, cubic zirconia, colored natural stone beads…
Depending on your outfit of the day and your mood, switch from a simpler layering of two necklaces or a more elaborate layering with 3 necklaces.
It's also important to consider the style you want to create. You can choose to favor delicate necklaces or add dimension with bolder pieces featuring chunky chains. The key is to find a good balance so that each piece of jewelry stands out and doesn't overwhelm the others.
