How does Click & Collect work? 🛍️
1. Place your order online.
Add your items to your cart as usual on our website.
2. Select Click & Collect
When choosing your delivery method, select Click & Collect.
3. Preparing your order
Your order is carefully prepared within an average of 24 to 48 working .
4. Order ready confirmation email
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email informing you that it is available for collection.
5. Collecting your order
: Go to the workshop with your confirmation email.
Click & Collect thus saves time on the delivery stage, which usually takes an additional 24 to 48 hours after the order has been prepared.
Withdrawal slot 🕒
To ensure smooth organization and quality service, Click & Collect pickups are only available during the following time slot:
Every Friday from 12pm to 5pm
Orders cannot be collected outside of these hours, and no exceptions will be made. This system allows us to welcome you in optimal conditions and dedicate the necessary time to you.
This time slot is fixed for the moment but may evolve in the future depending on demand and our organization.
Payment 💳
Payment is made exclusively online, at the time of ordering.
Accepted payment methods if an additional purchase is made at the Showroom:
Credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna.
No cash payments are accepted on site.
