Return request

Please ensure that you comply with our before submitting your request.

Return requests can be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Original condition
Returned items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn or tried on for a long time (as in jewelry) and on unperfumed skin.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

→ Earrings (or single earrings) are neither returnable nor exchangeable for hygiene reasons .
Clearly personalized
jewelry → Special orders (made at the customer's request).

Eligible:
If your return request meets all of these conditions , you can submit a return request using the email form and specifying the item(s) you wish to return. You can also use the form in Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions.

If you submit your request by email, you will receive the return mailing address within 24-48 business hours (excluding holidays or workshop closures announced on the website).

Sending your return

Make sure you follow these shipping tips for smooth delivery.

Step 1
Make sure you have complied with the conditions set out in the " " tab.

Step 2
Carefully pack your return using the boxes/pouches provided with your order. You can reuse the bubble envelope if it is in good condition.

Write the address provided in the return pre-request email and your order number (starting with FA-) .

Step 3
Go to a "La Poste" point near you to send your return with tracking .

Step 4
The tracked return will allow you to follow the shipment to our premises; once received, it will be processed within 14 days (exchange or refund).

Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Instants Plaisirs.

→ If you change your mind, for any reason, you can return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt.

→ You can request a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or bear any costs other than the return shipping fees.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). You are responsible for the condition of the returned items. Any damage to the product during this process may invalidate your right of withdrawal.

Despite the care taken in preparing your orders, it may happen that the order does not match the one you placed (for example, an item different from the one ordered). In this case, you must notify Instants Plaisirs by email as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your order so that you can agree on a solution together.

Special case: If you wish to return an item from an order that includes a free piece of jewelry offered with a purchase of a certain amount or more, the jewelry must be returned to us if the order total after the return is less than the amount required for the offer.

Special case: If you wish to return an order containing a gift card offered with any purchase during a promotional period, the gift card will be deactivated and unusable if the entire order is returned.

To make your return, you can use the handwritten form in Appendix 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale or contact Instants Plaisirs via message using the contact page . Once we receive your return, you can return your items (at your own expense and with tracking) well-protected in their original packaging to the address that will be provided to you.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Instants Plaisirs will refund the amounts paid within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method used for the order.
